Day 1 (June 27)

Good Evening everyone. I am sorry to say that there are no picures to go with this post. Let's start with last night....... Daddy took us kids out to dinner at Famous Daves. That was the first time I have ever been there and it was great! Then I went bowling with some great friends! We had a blast. Their little girl, Abbie, was so excited that she beat me the first game (oh, by the way she is 5)
This morning I made homemade cinnamon rolls for the boys (mom was on Trek with the youth of our Stake) We cleaned the house then dad and I took off to take care of my dads bees. It was awesome to spend the afternoon with my dad. :) After we got mom all cleaned up we ordered some pizza for dinner then I ran off with my friend Erin and her family to the West Fest. We shared a funnel cake and watched the fireworks. It was a great day all in all. I am excited for what tomorrow has to bring (And I will try to be more dilligent with the photos. :)
Love,
Candy

End of School BBQ with my gnarly roomies.

We decided to celebrate the end of the school year with an old fashion BBQ. We had all the great food! But we had a few problems getting the coal on fire to cook the dogs. So we now have two roommates that have gone Pyro trying to make this work. Amy and Rachel. Rachel has no hair left on her right arm. Good times. The BBQer was donated by Brenna's dad. Now that I have one year of school behind me, and passed all my classes, I have all summer to partay,...... hahaha, I wish. Sappy summer Vacation everyone!

Spring Break in Cedar City

On Friday the 13th of March we went Bowling at the Cedar Bowling alley. My camera was nice enough to die ten minutes after we arrives so I only have three pictures. Lame!,... I know. But we had a blast! My brother, Ben was down visiting for the weekend.
Then we decided, on Saturday, to go hiking in the narrows of St. George. It was gorgeous! It was about 70 degrees and the sun was shining. But we all got a little sunkissed.
After we went hiking we had In-N-Out Burger for dinner and headed back to the icy-cold cedar city. After we slept for about 3 hours we broke out the rockband and rocked it out all night. and thus brings me to today, tuesday March 16th. Nothing exciting to report yet,.... just a long drive home and a very annoying bloody nose in the middle of nowhere. No fun. but so far it has been an amazing. more updats to come,.....

Aunt Bessie

This picture was also taken on Thanksgiving day. I am sad to say that she peacefully passed away in the evening hours of February the Thirteenth. She will be missed but we know that she is happy again with her Husband Rowland. We love you Bessie!

wow! I thought I would have more time to do this blog. haha. isn't it funny how little time you have with work and college? well,.... this picture of me and my bro was taken on Thanksgiving after we were all faten up! That was pretty much the best Thanksgiving ever! We played games for a couple of hours with the whole family, before I had to head back to good old southern Utah, with four feet snow! hahaha. and the other picture, believe it or not, was taken the week before Thanksgiving. My uncle owns a sailboat and he knows how much I love to go out, so when he heard I was home for a few days he planned a trip, and it was absolutely gorgeous, and not too cold. :) and we had lunch out on the lake of subway sandwhiches. YUM!
